Meghann Kelly, LICSW
Meghann Kelly, LICSW is a clinical social worker in the Division of Epilepsy at Boston Children’s Hospital. For the past eight years, she has supported patients and families in navigating life with epilepsy, addressing barriers, and accessing care. Her work focuses on the psychosocial impact of epilepsy, including co-occurring behavioral health, learning and developmental concerns. Meghann is passionate about patient and family advocacy, healthcare equity, behavioral health and coping, transition to adulthood, and community education to improve awareness and support for individuals with epilepsy. She also serves as a member of the AES DEI Committee.

Erin Fescke, DNP, APRN, CNRN, CPNP-PC, FAES
Erin Fecske, DNP, APRN, CNRN, CPNP-PC, FAES, is a pediatric nurse practitioner in the Division of Neurology/Epilepsy at Children’s Mercy Kansas City, where she has specialized in the care of children and families affected by epilepsy for more than a decade. Her clinical, research, and educational work focuses on improving access to epilepsy care, supporting mental health and psychosocial well-being, facilitating transition to adult care, and advancing healthcare equity. Erin is passionate about patient and family advocacy, interdisciplinary collaboration, professional education, and community outreach to improve awareness and outcomes for individuals living with epilepsy. She also serves as Vice Chair of the American Epilepsy Society Interdisciplinary Committee and has held numerous national leadership roles within epilepsy and neuroscience nursing organizations.
